Max Ewing

Max Ewing joined the Boston College men's rowing team in November 2024 as an assistant coach. After stepping in as an interim head coach for the Spring 2025 season, Max officially became head coach of BC rowing in Fall 2025.

Before joining BC, Max had a successful collegiate rowing career, serving as captain of the 2023-2024 Wesleyan Cardinals and leading Wesleyan to the program's first NESCAC and DIII IRA National Championship titles, as well as a New England regional championship.

Max is a proud Massachusetts native, hailing originally from Acton, MA, where he discovered rowing through the Bromfield-Acton-Boxborough rowing program.
