Geordie Coffin
Head Coach, Varsity
After rowing competitively in high school in Philadelphia, Geordie attended Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. At Trinity, Geordie had tremendous success, winning countless regattas throughout the country. He was named captain his senior year and received the Torch Award for the individual who has done the most to foster rowing at Trinity. After graduating in 2008, Geordie rowed in the International University Rowing Show in Beijing, China, where his boat of Trinity College alumni received a bronze medal. He currently is a member of Union Boat Club in Boston, with whom he won second place in the 2009 San Diego Crew Classic.
Brendan Mulvey
Head Coach, Freshmen
A native of Poughkeepsie, New York, Brendan also attended Marist College. He was named captain his senior year, and graduated in 2009 with a major in Marketing. Brendan has also coached at Arlington High School in New York and with the Hudson River Rowing Association.
Scott Semple
Assistant Coach, Varsity
Originally from Bellport, NY, Scott began his rowing career at Marist College. Balancing a varsity training schedule along with his academic commitments, he graduated in three years and went on to Boston College Law School. Graduating in 2008, he now practices law at a firm in Boston.
