From Eastern Massachusetts:

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike or Route 9 West. Get off at Interstate Route 495 North. Get off at Interstate Route 290 West (Worcester). Get off at Exit 22 (Main St.). Turn right at the end of the ramp. Turn left at the second traffic light onto Plantation Street. Turn left onto North Road (between the Mercandante Funeral Home and UMass Medical Center). Proceed to Lake Ave and turn right. The park entrance is one hundred yards on the left.

From Regatta Point to Donahue Rowing Center:

Exit the parking lot at Regatta Point and take a right. Follow this road along the lake (to the right) and stay right when the road forks. You will pass under the I-290 bridge at the start of the 2k course. At the stop sign next to the barracks, take a right and follow this road to the set of lights. Turn right. Donahue Rowing Center will be 1/4 mile on your right.
